About the book:
Originally published as part of the USA Today bestselling anthology Eye Candy, The Pumpkin was Stuffed is another hilarious installment in USA Today bestselling author Tara Sivec’s outrageous series!
The Holiday family is together one last time for Halloween! As Sam and Noel prepare for their upcoming life with a new baby, their crazy family and friends pull out all the tricks and treats and jack-o’-lanterns to make sure this ghostly holiday is one to remember…or, like the last few holidays they’ve celebrated together, one they’d rather forget.
The Pumpkin Was Stuffed by Tara Sivec is a contemporary romance novella that takes place during the Halloween season. This novella was originally published in the Eye Candy anthology and is a part of the Holidays series although it read fine as a standalone.
This novella picks up just as Sam and Noel are approaching the birth of their baby and dealing with Noel’s crazy family. Their friends are planning their wedding wanting everyone there in costume, Noel’s father is determined to beat the neighbor in the annual decorating contest with some crazy clowns and Sam is planning a surprise.
I first discovered Tara Sivec’s books with her Naughty Princess series and after laughing my way through that series I couldn’t resist picking up a Halloween title. Well, she did it again.. I was laughing so hard tears were coming no sooner than I began reading and never stopped until done. With over the top antics this crazy family quickly became favorites and hopefully i’ll get the chance to read more of their adventures.
